Every Step exists because we believe that all things are from Him, through Him, and to Him. It is all we can do to give everything back to Him. We seek to glorify Him by stewarding the gifts He has given us, to serve Him faithfully with the freedom He has given us, and to serve His people in the way He has taught us.

Every Step was born from a long season of faithful waiting, hardship, lamentation, isolation, surrender, and learning to recognize His voice calling us to take the next step. What began in a place of steadfast faith amid worldly uncertainty became an invitation to trust Him more deeply—to lay down what we could not carry, to allow Him to refine us, and to learn that the work of becoming is His work before it is ours.

We believe that what He brings us through can become testimony—not for our own glory, but so that we may serve Him more faithfully, honor Him, and glorify His name. Our experiences, gifts, work, resources, and opportunities are not ours to possess without purpose. They are entrusted to us to steward faithfully.

To whom much has been given, much will be required.

This is why we do what we do. We seek to serve people well, to do meaningful work with integrity, and to use what has been entrusted to us in a way that points back to its Giver. We believe our professional work and our faith will not be separated, because every part of our lives belongs to Him.

And above all, we are called to go and make disciples—to make Him known, to teach what He has commanded, and to live as people who belong to Him. Our work is one small expression of that greater calling: to love our neighbor, serve faithfully, and point beyond ourselves to Christ.

“Go therefore and make disciples of all nations… teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”

Every step is an opportunity to reach the end of yourself, fall down at the feet of Our Lord and Savior, surrender, and be held. Every Step is where Our Good Father meets you at the altar, exactly as you are—receives you, releases what you have carried, and redeems it all at once.
